Each Swiss Chalet restaurant proto type has been engineered specifically with Franchisee profitability in mind. Given the unique nature of your market (competitive set, demographics, population, and retail mix) the Restaurant Development Team will identify the asset best suited for your market.

Swiss Chalet, Harvey's combo free standing, end cap or retrofit with drive thru

  • Total investment: $1,600,000 - $2,400,000
  • Unencumbered cash required: $600,000 - $800,000
  • Royalty Fee: 5% of sales
  • Advertising Fee: 4% of sales for the National Marketing Co-op and 1% of sales to be spent locally
  • CARA's lending partners include: CIBC, BMO, RBC, TD Canada Trust, ATB, GE Capital, Scotia Bank
  • Parking: approximately 80 spaces
  • Full Swiss Chalet dining room including approx 120 seats
  • Dedicated take out area (Swiss Chalet To Go)
  • Full Harvey's dining room including approx 30 seat, plus drive thru
